All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Before August 17: Any amount paid beyond the deposit may be refunded or transferred to another guest or future offering. The $300 deposit remains non-refundable.
After August 17: No refunds or transfers unless your spot is filled from the waitlist. If it is, non-deposit payments may be refunded at the host’s discretion.
If the host must cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of emergencies or unexpected changes.

You are responsible for your own well-being during the retreat.
All movement practices are optional. You agree to listen to your body and participate only in what feels supportive.
By attending, you agree to be respectful of others and to help maintain a welcoming and inclusive space.
Health & Liability
By booking, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in light to moderate yoga and movement. Please inform the host of any injuries or concerns in advance.
The host is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur during the retreat. You participate at your own risk.
Travel & Weather
You are responsible for getting yourself to and from Little Sugar Farm in Pineville, MO.
