The Reset Retreat is a 3-day yoga and glamping getaway tucked into the golden hills of the Ozarks. With slow, nourishing yoga (Yin + Hatha), cozy campfires, real meals, real beds, and room to breathe—you’ll return to your body, your rhythm, and what matters most.
This isn’t a retreat for doing more. It’s a gentle pause. A softening. A weekend to remember how good it feels to rest.

What’s Included
Two nights of glamping at Little Sugar Farm in Pineville, MO (private and shared tent options)
Four yoga and meditation sessions: Yin, Hatha, breathwork, and guided journaling
Four nourishing chef-prepared meals (two dinners + two brunches)
Optional fire circle, seasonal rituals, and barefoot wandering
Open time to nap, explore, reflect, or simply do nothing at all

All lodging includes real beds, fresh linens, and thoughtful comforts—because you deserve rest without roughing it.
All private tent options are currently sold out. Remaining spots are in shared bell tents—simple, cozy, unplugged, and set beneath the autumn trees.
This retreat offers just 12 guest spots, and tents are filled on a first-come basis. Only 3 spots remain (possibly 2 soon).
Rates range from $795–1075, based on your original tent selection.
Book by August 17: Reserve your spot with a $300 non-refundable deposit (balance due August 17, 2025).
After August 17: All new bookings require payment in full plus a $50 admin fee.

Nestled beside Little Sugar Creek, this peaceful, rustic option invites you to slow down, connect deeply, and savor starry nights around the fire.While the tent is cozy and unplugged — no electricity or heat — you’ll have full access to the welcoming Deckhouse with coffee and tea, restrooms, outdoor showers, grills, and nightly fireside s’mores to nourish both body and soul.
Note: Shared tents are gender-matched as best as possible and to everyone’s comfort level. If we’re unable to pair you appropriately, we’ll reach out with alternate options (which may include switching to a private tent (if available), inviting a friend, or receiving a refund.

Retreat FAQ
Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all. This retreat is open to all levels. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, you’ll be guided with care and offered options throughout.
What’s the food like?
Meals will be nourishing, seasonal, and mostly plant-based—with plenty of flavor and heart. Dietary needs and allergies will be collected after booking.
Can I come alone?
Yes. Many people do. You’ll be warmly welcomed into a supportive group, and you’ll have spacious free time to recharge on your own.
How are shared tents assigned?
After booking, you’ll share preferences (like same-gender, coming with a friend, or open to anyone). We’ll do our best to make pairings that feel comfortable and respectful.
What if it rains?
Tents are weatherproof, and we’ll have access to indoor or covered space for practice if needed. Rain adds to the magic—we’ll stay cozy and grounded.
Booking Policies
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.
Your remaining balance is due by August 17, 2025.
If you need to cancel:
Cancel before August 17: any amount beyond your deposit can be transferred to another guest or applied to a future retreat.
Cancel after August 17: payments are non-refundable unless your spot is filled by someone on the waitlist.
If the retreat is canceled by the host, you’ll receive a full refund.
